Hi_Tack is a project of the Dutch producers Koen Groeneveld and Addy van der Zwan.

One of their most famous projects is Klubbheads. In 1996 they entered the U.K. popcharts at #10 with "Klubbhopping". The follow-up singles

"Discohopping" (1997) and "Kickin’ Hard (1998) became again big international club-hits and reached also the U.K. Top 40. Due to this success they produced more than 200(!) remixes for amongst others: Reel To Real, Mory Kante, Josh Wink, Scooter, 2 Unlimited, Armand van Helden, Salt ‘N’ Pepa, Ian Dury and many more.

The projects Itty-Bitty-Boozy-Woozy "Tempo Fiesta (Party Time)" (London Records) and Chaka Boom Bang "Tossin’ And Turnin’" (Hooj Choons), also produced by Koen and Addy entered the UK Top 75 in 1995.

In 1999 came their biggest success so far. They produced the worldwide hit "The Launch" for DJ Jean. That record topped at #2 in the U.K.Top 40 and even #1 in The Netherlands.

Hi_Tack’s "Say Say Say (Waiting 4 U)" is a cover version of Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney’s pop-classic "Say Say Say". The idea to do this single came because of the fact that both Koen and Addy are big fans of Jackson & McCartney as songwriters.
